Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192.The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and North east to the center of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 35 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).

We will send you directions to the home with your booking pack. You don’t need to be worried about getting lost looking for the home after a long flight, just three main routes will take you to the villa to start your vacation.

You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket (half mile), Super Wal-Mart (two miles), and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants at the nearby Cagan’s Crossing. On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis courts, wifi, kitchen, children’s indoor play area, sand volley ball court, and a palm garden. The North Eastern Regional Park is just a quarter mile away so you can play all kinds of sports, or simply take a stroll or jog round the one and a half miles path. Lake Davenport is on the same park so you can wander down to the jetty and look over the lake.

If you prefer a little retail therapy, Tuscan Hills is 12 miles from Clermont, and JC Penneys, or five miles north of the fabulous Posnor Mall. We are 45 minutes from Orlando’s retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet and 30 minutes from Disney Springs.
